Kseniia was an amazing host! She’s quick to respond and very helpful. The house was amazing and perfectly located for a beach getaway. Many restaurants and coffee shops to try while being walking distance from the beach/pier. 10/10 recommend and would definitely come back again ☺️

This was a WONDERFUL stay!! It was easy walking distance to the beach and pier and easy walking into town. Lovely restaurants close. There are beautiful views from this apartment , and it’s located in a quaint and safe neighborhood. The hosts are both very very friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. We are really looking forward to returning!!

Enjoyed our stay at Kseniia's place. The studio was exactly what the pictures showed. It was well appointed with all of the necessities needed. Very close to the pier, less than a half a mile walk it seemed. The studio was cozy, well decorated, clean, and seemed to be freshly renovated. Kseniia's directions were perfect and made it very easy to find and get into the studio. She also followed up multiple times with us to make sure that we were enjoying our stay.. San Clemente is such a cute little town, we definitely look forward to going back there again.

Great experience, great location, great restaurants in the area, and the best price I was able to find in the area. The place also had a parking space which made it very easy to unload all of our belongings.

Kseniia was so responsive and great! The space was perfect for our short getaway with the best balcony for a quiet morning with coffee from a local shop! They were so kind and flexible!

Best part of the place was the view! Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to be close to the beach and is in walking distance if the pier. Very easy instructions on how and when to check in.

Fabulous apartment, very close to the beach and the Pier, great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Host was very easy to communicate with, apartment is really well equipped including Beach towels, which was perfect for us as we were travelling from the UK. Hope to return in the future. Thankyou! Kneniia and Arthur were amazing hosts, very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, a beautiful view, with the beach just a short walk away. It was also very dog friendly, which made it even better for our family. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kseniia's place! We've visited San Clemente a few times and Id say this is the BEST location. The studio has been newly remodeled and was extremely clean. Keep in mind that the provided parking spot has a significant incline, and it's pretty small. The steps to access the studio are also steep so be aware. Aside from that it was FULLY stocked and abiutv2 blocks from the beach. We'd definitely choose this property again in the future!

The views and location of this place are amazing!!! The condo was super cute and very comfortable!!! Everything was super clean and so many little extra touches!! We had an amazing time and never wanted to leave! We will miss waking up to that view!
