Best part of the place was the view! Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to be close to the beach and is in walking distance if the pier. Very easy instructions on how and when to check in.

Kneniia and Arthur were amazing hosts, very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, a beautiful view, with the beach just a short walk away. It was also very dog friendly, which made it even better for our family. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Staying at Kseniia’s place was an amazing experience! It's just two blocks from the best pier in Southern California, and the whole vibe felt like a mini Hawaii -peaceful, scenic, and far from the noise of crowded cities.
The beach view from the balcony and the allotted parking spot were definite bonuses. Kseniia was always in touch and responsive to any questions we had, which made the stay even smoother.
We stayed for four nights, enjoying evening walks to the pier and exploring the quiet downtown area, which is within walking distance. The free trolley that runs until 10 PM was also a good experience with the kids, it made getting around fun and easy.
We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

Kseniia’s place is a gem! Perfect location - walking distance to the beach and a bunch of restaurants and the trolley! Excellent space - spacious, really nice bathroom and shower, and the balcony and view of the ocean was incredible. The hosts responded right away, and they had everything we needed for our long weekend.

The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the SC Pier with a fantastic vantage point. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. A wonderful experience all around, - great place, location, view & host. We also really appreciated how welcoming the hosts were to our little dog. Super quiet neighborhood, good for walking to the beach and to downtown. Would definitely stay again!

This apartment was cozy, clean and is located walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The apartment
has dedicated parking so you don't have to worry about street parking. Kseniia was a great host and always responded to questions quickly. It was obvious that Kseniia cares about her quests from her messages asking if everything is good and if we need anything or if we are enjoying our stay. We will definitely come back to this great town and rent from Kseniia again.
I only have one question for Kseniia, how the heck did you get that 85" TV onto the apartment?

The sweetest host ever! So accommodating, responsive, any question I had they answered immediately! They view is gorgeous! This place is a hidden gem and I recommend it to everyone who need a little get away or just want to have a nice view of the beautiful ocean and peace and listen to the sound of the waves ! Close to the beach and shops. Loved the farmers market they have on Sundays. Walls are thin and you can hear the footsteps from upstairs but overall the stay was great! Has all amenities and was dog friendly where I could bring my pup with me. I will definitely stay here again.
